Modern Challenge for teachers.

As teachers play a significant role in the school set up to impart ‘sex’ education to their students. But how far this can be achieved is a big concern on which one should ponder over and find out ways and means for effective delivery of the material to the needy. I have come across a few teachers who miserably fail in delivering the subject without any inhibition. The reason is mainly lack of self-confidence and utmost determination for the welfare of the children. As teachers may feel insecure to handle this topic and many require help to overcome this situation. Workshops/training programmes definitely build a confidence among the teachers by imparting the necessary skills in handling such issues without hesitation. There are many reputed institutions on both Govt. and Voluntary sector to provide necessary inputs to meet the requirements of teacher community.
